Received an email letting me know that an amount was to be debited from my account and to call if I wanted to cancel this transaction. I called and they said someone was trying to access my account and they needed to cancel this subscription by having me log onto my computer. Next they had me go to any desk.com they said they were accessing my computer to remove this item and would refund me back the amount of money that was debited. They asked for me to register online with my bank I told them no after arguing with them they had asked if I had a PayPal account they could refund it too. I said no. I have an account with Geek Squad (which is who they said they were representing) and gave them the credit card information to have the refund. After getting off the phone with them I called the credit card company and found out that they charged me over 1,000.00 for some thing I didn’t buy. The credit card company canceled the order and so no money was exchanged.
