Alliance Moving and Storage LLC is a moving broker scam. Pretending to be the moving company and never stating they are actually a broker. They will request a very large cash deposit, then work in collusion with local moving companies involved in moving scams, which are also associated with several other moving companies. We paid them a large deposit for our interstate move. They outsourced to shady movers who showed up to our home in an unmarked truck. We cancelled the move after the police showed up and advised us this was a moving scam.

Alliance Moving and Storage LLC used the following scam tactics:

Never stated they were a broker, pretended to be full service mover

Requested large down payment deposit

Requested Cash only

Advised we were covered under blanket insurance

Did not offer or provide an in-home inspection, complete over the phone home inventory

Arrived using an unmarked Truck

Demand more money upon arrival

Did not honor binding agreement

Did not provide name of local moving company

No show on agreed upon initial moving date

Unable to get through when you call

Provided a 30 day timeline or longer for our goods to be delivered

Unable to get ahold of office staff when you call customer service number, they pick up and leave you on hold for ages
