I wanted to purchase a Teacup Maltese puppy. I search the web and found a breeder. Website: allanteacuppies.com (Allan Teacup Puppies for sale near me) After emails with Allan Hall, I received a Bill of Sales and Sales Contract for Dog or Puppy, then received the Transfer of ownership and the dog's flight information. I paid with ZELLA 750.000 for the dog. The day the dog was suppose to fly out, PAC contacted me and told me I needed to pay 1,100 for insurance to fly the dog to Pittsburgh. A few hour after asking for 1,100 the PAC company called and emailed me and asked for 690.00 for a safe crate for the dog. I asked for the seller to show me a picture of the dog, because everything seemed very confusing. My husband called the airline provided by the seller and the airline does not even fly animals anymore. I realized I was being scammed and no dog was ever coming to the airport.

I have lots of documentation to back this story, copies of the contract, ownership transfer, text messages, and emails that I can provide for proof of scam!
