While shopping online, I found my item via Google Shopping at allbuybaby.com. I received an email confirmation of my purchase and my credit card was charged for the stated amount by merchant "LLT PTY". I never received a shipment confirmation. I noticed on the purchase confirmation that the company listed its name as AllBuyBaby in one location and AllBabyBuy in another. I emailed the company at the email address given to inquire about my shipping date and a tracking number, but I received no response. I sent additional emails, again with no response. I called the phone number given, which has a Rhode Island area code, but the phone number gave only a busy signal no matter what day or time of day I called. Per Google Maps, the address given in a multi-unit residential address. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I have set additional alerts on my account to alert us to potential fraudulent charges.
