Consumer received an email from a gmail.com account which included a .pdf file regarding the alleged purchase of a $1019 iPhone. The .pdf included an alleged delivery address in Cave Spring, Georgia and said "If you didn't authorize this action, kindly contact us to cancel this purchase". The phone provided was 888-676-3260. When called the representative had a foreign accent. Consumer was asked for personal info but did not comply with the request, ended the call and called BBB.
