We purchased the item in July 2024 (order number 12005) and paid $87.02 using a credit card. The item was never shipped and we tried to make several attempts to contact the seller through their "Contact Us" link on their website. There was no dedicated phone number or email address, only a form to fill out and a promise that they'd get back to us as soon as possible. It has been several months since then and countless attempts to try to get them to respond to us and get our money back.
