I applied for a job through indeed.com. I was contacted by email from Victor Smith, [email protected] requesting an interview to held by Candy Baird, [email protected] in Google hangouts. After the interview, I was offered a job supposedly through Allegis Group. The supervisor, William Richie, [email protected], then contacted me about training. I was sent a cashiers check the next day to purchase software and equipment. The following day it arrived by Fed-Ex overnight. The following day when it cleared, he said to start the training I needed to buy and redeem gift cards to purchase the software and equipment. Unfortunately I did this and gave him the activation codes. There was no job and I am out the money used to buy the cards as the cashiers check didn’t clear even though my bank credited my account.
