At first I got an automated phone call from this number, stating that I have an individual that is incarcerated that is trying to get in contact with me and stated that I needed to enter my credit card info to accept the call. I hung up then I immediately got a text message from this number stating the following:

ROBERT W an incarcerated individual at Allen County Sheriff's Office, OH served by Securus left a 5 sec voice msg. Tap http://m.4mvm.net/LxJ8a43 for details

I called the actual number for the Allen County Sheriff's Office and they told me that it was a scam and not to give out any information.
