Said I have money on something I’ve never had

They didn’t have all the correct information they had some. They didn’t have my birthday correct they didn’t have my last name correct they said I owe them money to an account called metriss credit cards master card From 2014. My husband took care of me I never had a credit card at that time they had my old last name they didn’t have my birthday correct they didn’t have my address correct my old address they knew where I lived before.. If I didn’t pay $17,000 or a settlement of 651 I asked him a lot of questions cause I didn’t feel right about it so I did my own digging and half of their information doesn’t show up they’re not in the Better Business Bureau in Texas or anywhere else for that matter the website seems fake because when I looked it up on Google it didn’t show up at all other things showed up

I got a harassing phone call 7/18/2022

I received a phone call today that I supposedly had A credit card when my husband was still alive and that was literally 16 years ago they had an address but it wasn’t the full address and then the ZIP Code was for Ohio but I live in Florida they didn’t have the full and complete address they did have the last 4 of my social They had my email correct they didn’t have my last name correct and they didn’t have my birthday correct claiming that I took out a credit card by a company called metriss master card said I was paying on it but I don’t remember ever having your credit card then my husband paid for everything I didn’t need one they had the last four of the credit card as well threatening to Have me subpoenaed if I don’t pay $17,000 or a settlement of 651 I did further investigation Ashton and associates LLC it’s who they’re claiming to be but when my caller ID picked it up it was completely different. I looked them up in the Better Business Bureau and nothing came up not even under taxes that they’re claiming to be late said they’re from Houston Texas as a matter of fact they’re not in the Better Business Bureau. I don’t know who that person is up there that states that they help them but I think it’s fake comment. I did reverse look up on the number that they called me from on the number that they have that’s 1844 And nothing came up I found one of their lawyers but it’s not the right person I think this company fake and they’re just trying to scam people.. And if you look at the very bottom they’re supposed website it’s made by wix No legit company is going to use wix I will be doing more investigating tomorrow but I have pretty much searched everything and I cannot find them anywhere something else keeps popping up for them

Allenwood and associates helped me out i don have anything negative to say about t hat company, i knew i owed a bill and i had to take care of it. Of course i did not want to go to court or have any legal action taken against me in anyway. I was even offered a settlement which again helped.

Callinng Family members 6 times a day. Told my elderly parents "TO PAY HIS BILL OR HE WILL BE GOING TO JAIL:.. Told my CHILDREN "YOUR FATHER IS A DEADBEAT AND WE WILL FIND HIM".. I do NOT OWE THIS COMPANY A PENNY.

I've been receiving calls like this for years! They stop then they start back up! The latest scam is a robo call that doesn't say who they are and when you call the number they pick up as the Law Offices Allenwood and Associates. The woman (her name changes constantly) says I owe a payday loan company called Cash Mart $1500 and I told her I didn't. I've never taken out a payday loan from this company and I then reminded her that the last time she called she said it was for a HSBC credit card I never had! I asked for a verification letter and she says why, we've sent numerous letters to you and I told her I've never received any letters! She starts spouting bull [censored] and I told her to stop calling me. I hung up. I then decided to call back and a "Trevor" answered and I asked for their mailing address and he asked why and I said give me your mailing address and he kept asking why and I said you're scammers and I need your mailing address and then, unbelievably this [censored] says I think you're the scammer! He actually said this! I asked again for the mailing address and he then says hold on while I get it. If I owe you money and you're a legitimate debt collector why do you need to look up your mailing address? Why make it difficult for me to get your mailing address? He was basically going online to dig one up! I hung up and blocked them again!
I've reported them 3 times to the NC Attorney General's Office. Report them and block their number! They are scammers!

We are being harassed by a woman from Allenwood associates say we opened a credit card account in 2005 and made the last payment in 2015. I’m a stickler for keeping records. I went through everything from 2015 and there was nothing there about this credit card. I notified my bank and had a research done for the whole year of 2015. NOTHING! The next time she called I requested a copy of the records and she refused to give it to me and said that they are taking me to court. I think a class action lawsuit should be started for these illegal practices

Started getting calls from unknown number stating a civil case has been filed against me. References a person's name, but it's not mine. I do not answer calls from unknown phone numbers, but they leave voice mails. Most of the voice mails appear to be from a robot voice. One voice mail says his name is Ken Wilson. The quality of the voice mails are hard to understand exactly what they are saying. They have both my mobile phone number and my home land line. They say they have attempted to deliver documents to me at work, but that their attempts deliver have been unsuccessful. They want me to call back at 800-488-5412 and press one to speak to a case manager and then they give me a case number. They are now calling and saying if I don't call them back they will have to 'get me arrested'.

It started with a automated message on my phone. It mentioned something about taking legal action and gave a case number. When I called back The person did not ask for a case number instead asked for my name. I didn't say yes or no.This person claimed that I opened a credit card account in 2010. She was trying to check my address and I refuse to give this information out. She started to threaten me with legal action saying she will turn this over to court. She said she will send me an email of information about the details of this so-called claim/lawsuit. She knew both of my email addresses and chose one to send it to. I told her both email addresses were valid. That is the only thing I told her. I searched both email inboxes and found nothing from this company nor her. Trina Brown, If that's her name, said she is of Allenwood Management. She tried to get me to give her more information. Trying to see I f I'm married. Still, I gave her no more information.
