This person (Deborah Robinson) from the proceedings office, from out of the compliance office, had valuable, personal information about myself and my wife to include social security numbers.

She put me through to another person (Nia Lewis) extention # 358.

Who in turn tried to get a credit card number, bank card number, and said I was responsible for court cost, filing cost, and the outstanding debt of over $5,000.00 dollars.

This has to stop, because someone will eventually fall for it and be taking to the cleaners.

March 27th, 2021 I got a call from a nephew saying a man named Nate Miller called and wanting me call 855-445-7785 that he was going serve me papers if i didn't take care of this before he arrives. I have no Idea how he got his number because i never ever used him has a Ref. Anyway then my wife got a call on her cell phone from this guy named Nate Miller saying same thing with the same number to call and a case number. Then he left a message with same message on out home phone. So I called and they said give them my ssn which I didn't but I gave them my date of birth and the case number the lady Sandra Brown said they going sue me for 1012.00 unless I settle the case saying Qc holdings was suing me. They had my name , my SSN , my address , and a email. So I paid the 212.00 settlement and they took my card. Even had to do a recording saying if my payment was no good that they come and sue me again. But I got to thinking this don't seem right so I canceled the card next day but the funds went though. Then I got a email on 4-6-21 with a PDF saying paid In full and dismissed. But my address on the letter is wrong and they have my town correct but it says MO. I'm from Tx. And said there name on letter head ALLIANCE with email [email protected] and phone 866-631-1393 Which I feel is fake. Because I don't even know a payday lender of QC Holdings. And it sure not on my any of the 3 credit reports bureaus. So anyway I feel I got taken for 212.00. I can not find any Info on this numbers on the Business name.

They have hounded me for days. I finally answered and they tried to start finding out all kinds of personal information about me. I told them they had the wrong person and they need to quit calling this phone. As soon as I said that they hung up on me at least five times. they weren't happy when I said I was going to report them to the better business bureau. They need to stop calling people.

This number isn't legit, they say that their calls are recorded for quality assurance but it never states or warns you that it is when you call in. When they finally answer they never state who they represent, they just sat hello this is so n so, you'll get a call from a Melanie and Trey, I'm sure there are more individuals, they say they are a privately contracted agency trying to process a case in their office, and when. I contact the county they apparently have a case in but then they say it's the process of being contacted, they are trying to resolve it for the "third party" before it goes to the county.....if you get this call they are scammers trying to phish!

This telephone number called asking for my wife to confirm her personal information and started screaming at her when she asked what they were calling in regards to. They said they would not confirm with her until she confirmed her social security number and told her they had all of her info except they had her last name wrong which was the red flag. I called the number back and got someone completely different. They say they are in finance but would not tell me what kind and hung up on me.

This “company” uses scare tactics and says it will serve you the very next day. They won’t let me call them back and are abusive. A man named “ Robert Norton” said, “if this were a scam I wouldn’t already have your social”, then he blurts it out. Then he says, “I could open up credit in your name all day long”. Won’t let me call back, pay later. He wouldn’t answer questions such as his boss’ name, phone number. He hung up on ME. The next day they leave message saying they are serving papers the following day between 12-4:00. Wow. That was fast.

This scammer first contacted my family and said that they were looking for me and they worked for litigation services. they provided my family with a Case number and a phone number. they then called me from a 432 area code and left a very aggressive , loud voicemail saying they would take me to court unless i called the number to "Allied" immediately! I called the number and the the man answered and said hi this is blah blah. He never told me what the companies name was and never said the call would be monitored. He had my SSN, name, Address, And information on a Very old loan of mine .

I asked for The Companies Physical Address and a lady named Elizabeth refused to give it to me because of so called Safety reasons. What company doesnt give an address? Any way, back to the guy i spoke with...He said that Advance America was taking me to court because I never paid off a loan. I had not received any mail about this loan, any phone calls, it had not been on my credit and I had not received any emails. I knew it was a scam! One woman named nicole Baker told me that the company name was Allied. I was sure to write it down. Then An Elizabeth told me that the company name was Alliance. i have involved the police department , contacted all of the credit bureas , contacted the IRS, My Bank and All of the companies that my loan was actually with when I originally had it and when it went to collections! I have contacted family members as well and the County courthouse. I have given them names and numbers. Do not trust these people!

Scammer got a hold of my father's phone number called him and called me also. He threatened me in a voice mail that I was going to have a warrant out for my arrest. Told me I owe restitution. Did not give his name, nor state and no information except a case #10244ORE. Please look into this matter, thank you.
