I saw one Electric Scooters offers on Telegram and paid $200 to a seller through Zelle. After 2 days, I received email that my package is on-hold and need to pay $500 as insurance to get the delivery.

I realized little late that they are fraud.
Anthony send me tracking number of Alliance cargo logistics.
They are now asking for $500 as insurance for a $200 purchase.
