Was reached via text by Brenda Donnelly (recruiting staff for AllianceTek), said she found my resume on ZipRecruiter. Interviewed through chat via Microsoft teams app with Nelson Little (talent acquisition specialist at AllianceTek). Within 48 hours received a job offer, I-9 and W-4 wanting SSN for background check and Bank account for direct deposit. Never accepted the offer. Recieved a large check for work materials ($4,500) 1 day later. Account manager that sent the check was Dominic Carusco. I believe they did the same scam using business name Isentech. The person reporting them under Isentech said the bank acknowledged it was a fraud and have received several checks recently.
