Callers name Mark Kamarowsky. Said he was with a pre process service co. Said I ordered magazines in 2001. Paid for them for 5 months then stopped. They sent magazine from 2001-03. Had my last 4 SS numbers and address. Threatened to put liens on my property. I never ordered magazines and I didn’t live at the address he has at that time. Said he could due a cancellation for a fee of half what I owed.
