A man calling himself John Green called my cell phone number along with my brother and mothers cell phone numbers claiming he has an order by the courts to locate me at my employer or home address in regards to a case being filed in his office and arrest me for not paying a debt with a payday loan company in Clark County Nevada called Advanced America. John claims I need to contact a litigation office to resolve the debt outside of court and he provides the phone number 866-204-3768 for the litigation office.
When contacting this number the woman who picks up the phone claims she works for a company called Allied located in Georgia. The woman refuses to provide the physical address for their company and claims that if I am unwilling to pay the debt right then over the phone that I will have to report to court for fraudulent charges. They also ask that I submit the name of my attorney. If your not willing to give them credit card or bank account info the woman gets very nasty with you, starts to argue, verbally threatens you and hangs up the phone.
If you are willing to give payment info the lady says she needs to do a recording stating your willing to pay the amount they specify and once payment is received, you no longer will have to appear in court.
