Indeed.com advertised an employment opportunity as a Security Guard via Allied Universal Security (Services).com. I applied for this job via the company website. I was informed that I would receive a text regarding follow up interviews. It was sent in a timely manner and I was given an option for an immediate video or a phone interview. I chose the latter one and set up an interview (5/30/33) via the initial text. A confirmation text and Google calendar event notification was sent. The interviewer, Retanza *****, never called or responded to my emails sent to retanza.*****@aus.com. Another phone interview was set up a day later (5/31/22) and Ms. ***** never called. Hence, I received another text asking for feedback about my phone interview. The AI text would not allow me to express my concerns regarding this process. It seems like a scam even though the application was conducted via the company's website.
