I ordered a face mask and filters from this online store, I saw through an ad on facebook. I made the order on April 27th & paid the extra $ for faster and safer delivery, got confirmation of the order that day. Two weeks later I got a email that my order had been shipped, when I checked the tracking number for USPS It stated that "Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 3:00 pm on May 10, 2020 in ROSEDALE, NY 11422. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." & the status is "On its way". So I waited some more. Last week I sent an email regarding the missing order, I asked where it was and if it was stuck somewhere. All the response I got was that my order was "on its way".

I replied asking for a refund because I had not recieved my order & I believed this company to be a scam. I was told I would not get a refund until I return the items. Its now been two months since the original order & I have yet to recieve any helpful information about my purchase or a refund.

I spent over $50 on a face mask, filters & an additional $10 for faster delivery.

Do not buy from this company. They're stealing money for an item that doesn't exist.
