(https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id= 100065899911151&mibextid=ZbWKwL) that advertises ferrets for sale/re-homing for $200 each which includes: TICA registered; 1 year health guarantee; good with kids and other pets; potty trained; Shipping & Delivery. It was confirmed the Shipping & Delivery was included with the $200 sale/re-homing price and would be via a well experienced staff, that would deliver the ferrets to me at my home. On 12 Sep, I sent $400 via CashApp for 2 ferrets to $Librent1 as instructed by her via 2 $200 transactions and was provided a General Express tracking #GE082902221590. And, received and email from General Express with the Van Move/Land Shipping order. I was then contacted by General Express, https://generalexpress.com, via separate email [email protected]) informing me that I would need to rent/purchase the shipping crate. Rental was $500, refundable upon delivery, or $1000
to purchase. After disputing this with the seller, an agreement was made, and I sent an additional $250 via CashApp to $Librent1 for crate rental. On 13 Sep, I received an email from General Express requiring $1000 for a refundable Insurance Certificate. I informed both the seller and General Express that I would not be moving forward with the purchase and requested a refund of the $650 via CashApp and messenger. The CashApp user declined the refund request on 13 September 2023.
