We paid All Paws Express $3350 upfront against better judgement to provide pet transport services to relocate our cat from Los Angeles to Sydney Australia. They assured us over the phone that they would purchase the flight, provide the liaison between the cat boarder we hired, the vet we enlisted to provide her health certificate and the flight carrier she would be travelling by to get our cat there by the quarantine date we had been provided by the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. We had a lot to manage on our relocation and needed a company to do the logistics of moving our cat as you are prohibited from doing this yourself (purchasing a cargo flight) to ensure that all quarantine procedures have been followed. We paid them on March 1st 2024 and had shared a few emails in that first week where Angel, the case manager we were assigned, requested all the information on our cat which we provided. Then for 6weeks we did not hear anything from them. We emailed asking if we were on track for the relocation and received an email response saying he had been sick - which is no excuse given there are other people in the company who can manage this. He then assured us we would receive more responsive communication from then on. A week went by with no further communication. On 8th of April we tried to proceed with confirming our quarantine booking by inputting the flight details - which we could not do because All Paws had not provided us with the flight information. This is the very reason we hired them. We need to provide confirmation of the booking by April 15 otherwise we lose the booking and this has grave financial implications for us in having to pay additionally for more pet boarding, and new quarantine bookings and vet payments. This is really tricky process and this company assured me they would completely own the process and alleviate our concerns about it. They have done none of this. All they have done is receive payment and send an email or two. Now we risk losing the $3350 we have paid them and finding more money to pay a new company to do what All Paws Express said they would do or risk losing our cat if we do not have this money, which we don't.

Hired as an international pet moving company. They gave me a great quote and I was in contact with Cara Calhoun who worked for them. All was going well until the laid her off. Then everything since December went silent. I was told to pay the remaining balance on Feb 23rd. I told them it was a bit early (we were leaving end of Aug 2024) for the entire balance, but could make smaller payment until then. They advised on a payment plan option. Then on Feb 26th, I received an email from Angel Torres who reassured me he would be spear heading my move and all will be fine. That is the last email I received from them. Then I started to do some of my own research and saw there were a lot of complaints and money that was paid and dogs who never got to their destination. I then contacted them to cancel my contract/move. I read the fine print that I would loose 500.00 of my deposit, I was ok with that. But I have not heard anything since. I have send multiple emails and voicemails.
