I paid for a mug at this store for my wife for Valentine’s Day (wife’s ex-favorite band due to this situation) and the scammers who run the website claim I didn’t pay for the mug. I have bank statements that say otherwise, but the same people who stole $20 for a mug then tell me I have to send them copies of my bank statements to prove it. They are straight scamming ppl by taking money and then claiming “it was declined.” It definitely was not, the funds were taken, and then they claimed I didn’t pay. They even sent me some backend scam paperwork that claims the payment didn’t go through. It did, I have the bank statement showing it went through and no accountability for a company that stole my money.
