both platform due to customer complaints. At the end I was charged 450 instead of 310 for my deposit and I was told to pay the rest once the movers arrived on 12/21/23. I had an appointment between 12-1 pm next thing I know I received a call at 7am saying the movers were on the way, I was completely confused as I was still sleeping on pain medicine due to surgery. When they arrived I asked why I wasn't given the heads up about the change of schedule and the driver said because the customer who had the early appointment canceled and honestly, I don’t believe that to be necessarily true because the same thing happened to me. I was expecting to pay the rest of my balance which was $460 however I was told that I needed to pay $2,730 and if I don't THEY WILL NOT MOVE MY STUFF. I told them I didn't have that kind of money and that's NOT what Greg the sales person and I agreed on. I was told that's not their problem I can either pay the $2,730 and if not they are going to leave. So they left without moving my stuff or refunding my deposit. HORRIBLE, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR TIME. IT SEEMS LIKE THEY AREN'T IN BUSINESS TO OFFER MOVING SERVICES BUT INSTEAD THEY WAY THEY MAKE MONEY IS BY MAKING CUSTOMERS PAY A DEPOSIT FIRST AND THE DAY OF THE MOVE THEY COME UP WITH AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OTHER THAN THE ONE QUOTED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO WALK AWAY WITH DEPOSIT MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANY WORK. I CALLED GREG AND ASKED WHY DID HE LIED TO ME, HE SAID HE WASN'T SURE WHY THEY WERE ASKING FOR MORE MONEY, I WAS ASKED TO GIVE HIM SOME TIME TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER AND CALL ME BACK, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I CALLED HIM NO ANSWER, I LEFT HIM A VOICE MAIL AND I SENT HIM AN EMAIL STILL NO ANSWER
