I received a product, a hoodie sweatshirt that did not look like the item picture online. I tried inform customer service online and they basically said their factory sent what i ordered which is false. Online it had a white background and the item i received was of a pink background. They basically said you get what you got and ended all email conversations. The address is in Texas but the phone us in California which goes right to voicemail
