I woke up my computer to find it stuck on a web page that warned I had malware on the computer and it wasn't functioning properly and I had to call the # flashing on the screen to have them fix it. I couldn't get rid of the page. I'm sure they caused the computer to malfunction or they wouldn't have known about it. First they claimed it would cost $49. to fix, then they transferred me to another person who claimed to be an Apple certified technician and said it would cost $199. to fix. Then they transferred me to yet another technician to "fix" the "problem". They said their name was AllTimeDesk but the charge would appear as Global Technology Partners in Orlando Fla. I'm sure I was scammed.
