Sneakers were being offered on FaceBook. I order 2 pair on 9/16. Received their email the same day, thanking me and advising me of 4 different things I could do if I had questions. I received on 10/6, immediately tried them on and they didn't fit, so emailed the company to find out how to return and get a refund. (They were too wide and slipped up and down on my heels, and they are completely made of plastic). 10/9 they emailed me that they were sorry about my problem, but I would need to send a picture of the shipping label and the products with the size sticker showing which I did that same day. The same day they emailed me that they would get back to me within 24 hrs. 10/15 they emailed saying I should have received my order by now... I emailed back to them asking for an address to send the shoes back to them to get my refund...10/19 advice to not go to my bank was received...I emailed back requesting an address to return the shoes.

10/20 I again got an email...I can now send the shows back to the warehouses in Asia which will take 15-25 days and cost me about $50-60. They will then investigate and reach a solution. They offered an alternative plan: get a 20% refund (of my order %79.59) and a 50% Discount Voucher for my next purchase. They apologized for any inconvenience they have caused. I then emailed them that I was not going to accept their offer and would contact BBB! Is there anything you folks can do to help me? (They have my name and credit card number!) I will try to send the pictures, maybe not just now though.
