Fedel James, Allure Jewelry Designs, walked into my store pretending that he had talked to me personally. First lie. He showed me his jewelry line and said he wanted me to be the exclusive seller of this line in Chattanooga. 2nd lie. I now know that he told at least 3 other boutiques in my area the same thing when he sold to them. I told him I would try it. He shortchanged me $20 in merchandise. I returned 2 other pieces that were inferior to what I paid for worth $40 and I haven't heard from him since. I received a text saying it was in the mail (3rd lie.)
