Hello,

I purchased an item through a Facebook advertisement on 12/2/24. The website address was allureitaly.com. The total cost of the single item (plus shipping) is $29.98. I put in my name, credit card information, and shipping/billing address before submitting the order.

I recieved an order verification email and a link to add the status to a mobile app Shop. On 12/6/24, I checked my email and the Shop app to see if the order was going to ship. (Item was advertised as ready to ship).

Unfortunately, I clicked on my item order in Shop and app says there's no such order. I click on the main site through the app and get an error message with SOLD OUT. I open up the web browser and type in the web domain address.

Everything to do with that particular item has been wiped clean or showing errors. There is only one single item shown on the entire site catalog. It is a tracksuit marked for half price.

I check around the site for any contact information from the company/customer service info. There was no address, email, or phone number present any where on the site. The only option available to me is a click able link "Create Ticket" I click it and load up a fill-in form that requires me to give my name, address, phone number and email. I refused to submit it with the concern for info phishing.

I decided to search the item by name through a Google search. The genuine website that sells the item is called Paradoxbrussels.com. It is a designer Belgium clothing brand that was offering a Pre-order of the item at a retail price of €160- $169.13 (Item is currently not ready to ship. Manufacturing of the item begins 12/12/24.) Scam site was advertising as item "selling out fast" with a limited time holiday discount.

I am waiting for an order status update of the item being shipped. The advertisement and comment section involving the company on Facebook has been completely removed as fair as I can tell. I checked back on the main website on 12/7/24. I loaded up an error message of site no longer existing.

I have turned the credit card off for now to prevent additional charges from the scammer. I have taken numerous screenshots of suspicious findings I have found so far. I will take more and submit them as I see them. Everything involving the order placement and screenshots were all done by mobile.

Thank you for your time
