This is a subscription box website, they offer you a nice discount in your first box and when you put your credit card information they put an “offer” at the end of your purchase that you click without realizing they will charge you $73 dollars for it, they design it in a way that you click it by mistake, and the payment go through immediately without asking you to confirm your order like the real retailers do, after that they make you feel like it is your fault and they refuse to refund the money, even though you contacted them h the he moment it happened.
