The mail man left a letter in our mailbox with a sticky note attached that said, "yours? Mail Man".

It was addressed to David Sabrina Anderson/Alluring Devon Rex Kittens Home, FROM The Better Business Bureau.

The address does not exist, the closest building is our property, and there is absolutely nothing and no one at the address specified, except for some grass. It's obviously not legitimate. That must be why the mail man wondered if it could be intended for our address, but there is no such business here.

I paid for a kitten (Devon Rex) and then everything fell apart. The guy’s name is David Sabrina Anderson. It appears that he is the “breeder” on several cattery websites. All are XYZ Devon Rex, such as Enchanting Devon Rex, Amistosa, etc. I called local police when I heard nothing about shipping, informed the guy I was doing so, I instantly got shipment info via ABX transit, which also looks fraudulent. I made the payment via Zelle money transfer with my bank and have filed a claim.
