We were scammed under amorebostonterriers.com which is now a defunct website. They’ve surfaced again less than 2 weeks later with the same pictures, same dogs, same testimonials, everything. After you pay your money, they prepare documents to ship the animal and provide tracking through a fake freight company (Freight Expertise Logistics) on the day the animal is to be shipped. Once the day comes, they tell you that there are additional fees (from $1000-2500 that are supposedly 100% refundable) for an airline crate, which we paid. Then, they tell you that that particular crate is sold out and you need to up to the next size up for more money. The next day, they urgently reply to you stating that the animal needs an emergency vaccination that costs $1000, also “fully refundable”. We believe they would have kept going if we hadn’t of stopped it here. Both the “breeder” and the freight company threatened us with lawsuits for abandoning the animal after we finally caught on and demanded our money back (which they obviously refused). Please shut them down.

The website advertised Boston terrier puppies. We paid for one using Venmo, then the site contacted saying the dog needed a special crate to be shipped to me, at a cost of $1000 or more and this money would be refunded to me after I received the dog.
