I ordered a trimmer buddy off of allurvos.com aka trimmer buddy.com aka crystalpods.con , never received the item and I tried several times to contact them , could not find a phone number and no one responded to my emails

Found a product TrimmerBuddy on TikTok. It took me to an external site Allurvos.com where I placed an order. Put in my bank debit card info placed the order and immediately received an email saying my order was processed and to check back for updates. Then nothing. When I checked back there was no update and I have used the email provided on the site to which I have gotten no response. Can’t find a phone number either.

I ordered the SPLIT END TRIMMER in PURPLE AND I’VE NEVER RECEIVED IT! I EMAILED THEM, DID AN ONLINE REQUEST AND NO ONE REPLIES! WHERE’S MY DAMN ORDER AND WHY ARE YOU SCAMMING YOUR OWN DAMN COUNTRY!

They don’t answer their contact us emails, their shipping policy is 2-4 days but it’s been over a month and they still haven’t shipped my order. The only way to cancel an order is by email. I wish I did more research before buying from them and wasting money.

I clicked an ad on TikTok for a swimsuit. I purchased the suit from the website the link took me to. When I purchased the swimsuit, my Shop app immediately logged the swimsuit as "shipped" rather than "in progress" which was my first clue this was shady. It's been a month and I still have not received the item. I've emailed two different email addresses associated with the site multiple times and have heard no response. One of the email addresses is a fake and has returned as "undeliverable."
