This company is operating a scam under several company names. I researched the company Allways and found many other people who fell to the same fraud. They advertise a robotic vaccum called iLife but instead send a shell of a fake vacuum called CleanRobot that does not have any functioning parts. I ordered v5s pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner from their website https://allwaystore.com/ I did not receive the item I ordered. Discrepancies from their advertisement of the iLife Vaccum:

1. It does not have the ability to be charged. Operates on batteries

2. Only has 2 wheels so it does not move

3. Does not have a compartment to hold dirt

4. Does not have a mopping feature/ water holder

5. They did not send the iLife vacuum. Instead sent CleanRobot

6. No working vacuum function

7. Advertised easy refund without having to pay for return shipping.

It is a piece of worthless junk. This company is a complete scam!
