Etsy, eBay, PayPal Scam, Facebook, Instagram - Centrality (One) [email protected]

There have been multiple scam reports involving this company UASELLITPA CO LTD, [email protected], allwayfreshdesk.com, Centrality (company name on Etsy), Track718, and TrackingHub.

Unfortunately, I didn’t know the name of the company or their website when I used PayPal to purchase my items. They advertised on Etsy in my case, and as I was paying through PayPal (using two what I thought were legitimate websites) I was led to believe this was a legitimate company.

I am in a dispute with PayPal now regarding their guarantee of purchase protection.
Of course they don't want to cover the refund.

I have requested a refund from the company. They stated they would refund when I sent back the items. PayPal thought this was a legit resolution...however I clearly stated in my initial dispute I HAD NEVER RECEIVED the items. PayPal claims that there are tracking numbers...As I stated above these were illegally acquired. PayPal wants a letter on the company (which doesn't exist) letter head stating the tracking and Shipping information is fake...What company would ever do that?

I provided attachments of the emails between us, these included me asking for refunds and asking to cancel the shipment, two different companies they provided tracking information with, and proof that they created the second one when I asked why my shipment hadn't arrived.

I have researched all of the names and email addresses I have found regarding this transaction/purchase and sent links and snips of the sites to PayPal. I also requested an investigation on PayPal, Etsy, and Ebay
I was also sent tracking numbers (two different one from two different places) that are from companies/sites listed for scams, Track718, and TrackingHub. These sites somehow capture legitimate tracking information from other shipping sites and post it as their own allowing the companies to provide what appears to be legitimate shipping and tracking information and receipt of items.

I have attached the PayPal Transcript, My research on the companies and fraud report sites, and a copy of the legitimate looking tracking (TrackingHub) and purchase information.

Vest jacket scam

I ordered multiple heated vests from this company. The vests are not true to size and I was told that they sent what I ordered. As you can see in the photo, I ordered a 4xl for my husband and the size is truly not a 4xl, it fits mot like a 2xl. They are a scam and td me they won't refund me. An order for a 16.4 foot Christmas tree arrived in a little box measuring 4 inches by three!

According to TrustPilot, this company exists by scamming customers. There are MANY negative reports. I ordered from an ad on Facebook: "?CHRISTMAS BIG SALE - 16.4FT MULTICOLOR LED ANIMATED OUTDOOR CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTSHOW5m(16.4 ft). It looked very dramatic in the video. Over the next month I received regular "tracking" notifications as it left America supposedly and moved to the UK. Eventually I received a little box measuring about four inches by three and weighing 95 grams containing what amounted to a string of flashing lights operated from a USB source - the sort of thing you'd decorate an indoor Christmas tree with. The value on the pack was declared to customs as £7.51 but I had paid 56.62 USD to "qatio Co.,Ltd" (sic) on PayPal. A complete and utter scam - why does PayPal make it possible for people like this to carry out their deceptive business?

These people were an ad on Facebook so I assumed it would be legit, especially because if the reviews they had! So I made a purchase for $42 and some odd cents. That was on May 6, 2021. Well, here it is, now June 30, 2021, and all they keep saying to me in the emails is “please wait one to two days for the tracker to update” but the tracker hasn’t updated since June 4th! It just shows my package sitting in Kansas City for the last 3 freaking weeks not moving and I’m pretty positive I got scammed! They told me they can’t refund me my money, nor cancel the order, but I haven’t received this product and it has been two months and counting! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY! They call themselves (through my PayPal account transaction history records) qatio co. Ltd if that helps to narrow it down for you to steer clear of these thieves! Next stop, to my bank, to dispute the transaction for goods not received! I have currently opened a dispute with PayPal to get this issue resolved!

Ordered 15 fully adjustable bras for my company and received the wrong, non adjustable bras...total trash. The bras are to have pull up straps in the front and adjustable pull strap in the back. Theyre also offered in several different colors. All lies. These bras are currently being marketed under 10 different companies on Facebook and Instagram. I'm livid and out for blood!

I ordered a pair of Clark's shoes in January. Was told they were delivered. I told them they were not delivered. Then they said they were tracking the wrong order number, I should receive them soon. I have emailed numerous times. Same response. Sorry, give it a few days. We will let logistics know. I am very disappointed. Either they should refund my money, or send the product I paid for.

Purchased 2 pair of Clark sandals, paid with PayPal on January 31, 2021, but I never received them. I was emailed they were delivered on March 1,2021. I don’t know where , I didn’t receive them. I asked my neighbors and they didn’t either. 6 times I have emailed them and I received the same message word for word. I told them to cancel it with a full refund requested and I even said I would contact the better business bureau.

Ordered 4 artficial greenery in the amount of $77.00. Have been waiting 4 months for delivery. Have contacted them numerous times with a automated response that my items have been shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times, and they reply with the same email.
I assumed this was a legitimate company as they had many ads on Facebook. They even provided me with a fake receipt from PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they have no record of the sale. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
