Always travel Scammers

So I been dealing with this company for months they offered me 37000 for my time shares in Mexico I had 2k balance left and they wanted to me to pay that balance first in order to sell luckily I did paid it full with the resort not them
Then all of the sudden they came up with sat registration fees 4250 and I have to wire that to Mexican bank that throws a red flag Cindy and David king don’t even know if that’s there real names and they work with cascade title Josephine parks
Just be aware they are so professional that people will get into there words
I’ll be filing a complaint with state of Washington state attorney

Timeshare / Vacation Membership Scam - FRAUD ALERT

Received a called from All Ways Travel in WA wanting to buy my vacation membership for a high price. Cascade Title Solutions (Josefine Parks) is the one making the transaction legitimate with contract, documents from the Mexican Government, etc..
Received 4 addendums following the initial contract asking for additional $24,000 USD in advance fees, registration and closing, foreign investor's tax. Wired some funds to a Mexican bank up until the last Addendum, asking for $9,000 USD.
Beware, this is pure fraud. It's been reported to the FBI, BBB and General Attorney.

Started with a call in January 2022. Was offered $32,000 to buy my vacation membership. 4 months down the road, 4 addendum laters asking for prepay tax, registration and foreign investor's fee from the with Mexican government for a total over beyond $24,000 USD.

They use another company named Cascade Title Solutions to make the transaction legitimate for the transfer/sale of the vacation membership ownership.

They put a lot of pressure to receive the prepayments they promise to reimbursed upon the closing, which never comes. Always added fees and tax. It is always time sensitive.

Incorporated in 2022, new website launched late 2021.

I was contacted by someone claiming to be David King from Allways Travel (in Washington State). It looks like he is impersonating a real travel agent based in Washington DC. He said he had a buyer for my timeshare in Mexico. Over several months, he sent me various documents and even had another person (Josefine Parks) call from a Company called Cascade Title Solutions. Eventually, they said I needed to send $3800 to a Mexican Bank account for the transaction to go through...at that point I knew it was fraud.
