I was applying for remote jobs on indeed. This job was listed, I applied for it. Was contacted multiple times went through like three rounds of interviewing. I was then offered this job from a company who listed themselves as a shipping company - job role - Order fulfillment assistant. Website looked legit, employee portal looked legit but the same day I started the position I was telling a mutual friend about and she told me she new someone who was scammed by a job offer that seemed real. After working for them for 2 weeks she never received a check. So I did some more digging looked up their website on ICANN and the domain website was created just recently and was created in Ukraine. I happened to do this after I filled out a legit employee document with my personal information. Now I am in the process of changing my bank information and working with identity fraud to be on the safe side. Filing a complaint in hopes people can look out for these shipping company job scams. Take it from someone who is very cautious about sharing stuff I thought I did enough research and they were truly believable. Spoke with multiple people during the process that made me feel it was legit.
