Man called me buy the name carlos he daid he was calling from ally reguarding my paymnt sey up on line he told me that ally in?doing an update on there system snd he notice i had purcharsed two other auto amd never been late and do to tjem updating there system i woyld need to send cash at first i told him i was on a program and set in a paymnt early and in june and ay the time i was not feeling well so i got the money out of my account and sent it 490.00 i had set up a paymnt but he knew all my information about tje cars and i had never missed a paymnt because of the cov 19 i did deferr my paymny of 100 days. Little over 3 mounts well i made my paymnt early on line than i set up two more when i got tje call from carlos at 7033320600 only to find out that the number was not a good number to call backto verfy paymnt i was than exposes to cov 19 buy my daughter who is a nurse a hillcrest south. While recuperating i got a call this time it daid gmac diffrent number she stated her name was april to her o would have to call her back i eas in the middle of a breathing treatment but she stated ally did not recievd paymnt i told her i sent on paymnt early but was told buy carlos that they were updating sysyem and i was told to send cash i did not have the adress with me at the time so 2 hours later i tred to call her back no one knew her o explaned what i wS told buy carlos i than had sprint to pull tje number he call me from date and time they even called the 703 332 0600 and said it was not a wrking number. Only to find out later i was scamec i called there fruad deparnt got disconnect than tje guy called me back from 972 area cde it stated lewisvill texas spoke with veicent for ovet an hour told he that he was going tp foward the infoation to a shemeka gave me a 5 diget ext it said shemika but u could not leave a message it would cut you off i still kept trying to call for over a week than i called the ditect 972 number got a gentlmen whem heavy accent.i ask were was he from and is this ally he said yes but was in a difftent country i ask it states the number was out of lewisville texas i than ask for veicent or a shemika he didnt know them are april i waited call bCk asked for april no one knew her i than got worried so i call anothet from ally i than sent payment via check still asking them about carlos they didnt know him i got nothing but rudenes promise yo call me back stil havent heard ftom them than my phobe starting acting up u name it .it was horrible thzm i got sn alert stating i wS three mounts?behind and i wS not still they have not contacted me after i called to see are ask how did this man know all my i formation and i had?nerver missed a paynt iam disputing them repoting me late and would like to know why i never got a call back from shemika are anyone else

Please help me on this i had to cjange phone twice because of robo calls and scam calls i did notify the ftc about the call the phone etc.

Plese someone help me on this i dont know what else to do sincerly LKelley
