How I rent a flat...
We communicated with a Real Estate Manager - Sandra Shmitz. She sent me 24 variants that fit with my budget, I chose one and I paid in front sending a wire transfer to a business account AlmundyRE LLC, they said that it's an account of their representative in the US who buys crypto and pays an owner.
The ending - I was a little disappointed by a place I picked up, expectations and reality were different, it seemed that everything is fine, brand new...but in real life the furniture was old, I didn't like the area. Moreover, an owner who met me said that I must pay more for some taxes (not much but Almundy didn't tell me so and when I complained they said they didin't know...a little unprofessional). I'd rather prefer not to use their service again.

1) The Articles of Organization of Almundy Real Estate LLC does not show a seal nor is there a certified copy of said document to prove the validity of this company (which can be viewed on their bottom of their website page).
(2) The LLC and associated business bank account on the surface seems to be legit; however, rereading their Probationary Contract states that I wouldn’t being to have any access to my bank for personal or commercial use during the twenty-eight days which sounded shady.
(3) Both websites: almundyrealestate.com and almubadara.ae along with most of the documentation that I had received via email or their cabinet for this position shows that this company has an office at 575 Madison Ave. New York City, NY 10022. +1 (347) 491-3863 (Phone). [email protected] (Email). During the phone interview, the man misrepresented that the New York location was closed because of the pandemic. Upon further searching, this company has no affiliation with the New York location or the phone number. The email is categorized for personal use, rather than, a business one. There is no record of this company with The Better Business Bureau (BBB) which further leads me to the conclusion that this company never existed here in The United States. In addition, there is no record of this company under any real estate company listings in Dubai, AE.
(4) The man’s phone number of the phone interviewer was (315) 636-0701 and can be associated with Dashawn China; however, there is no reference to Almundy Real Estate.
(5) There were inconsistencies with the information between the phone interview and the Probationary Contract. A part-time position where I can make $3,500 a month plus 3% of each completed contract ($15,000-$1,000,000 that can equal to me being paid $450-$30,000) which was told by the man during our phone interview. Also, the man failed to mention that the Twenty-Eight Probationary Period is $30 per complete contract and that I would have to complete five contracts per months for the base pay of $3,500.
