I attended the webinar and signed a contract for a legacy membership which is a lifetime membership for 4k and $199 a year. I gave a $900 down payment and chose the refinance option. Afterwards I got my login credentials and to my surprise everything they promised was false. To make manners worst the free prices aren’t free. After taxes and fees they come out to the same amount as if I were to purchase them. I contacted my bank and its still under investigation but my fear is that they take me to collections. I worked very hard to fix my credit and would hate for them to ruin it.

Texted with opening message " Expensive Vacation No More!". Claims that if you attend a 45minute Webinar, they will send a voucher for a 4-day, 3-night stay of any hotel of our choosing, " like Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Wyndham Hotels, etc. across the US."

Claims to NOT be a timeshare, so NO OBLIGATION for you to pay. And claims to send the voucher by end of day.

Yes like many other victims I fell for their fake lies and scam too. BBB can only share complaints and posts. I’ve complained with BBB and FTC also. Not much they can do to help with this situation. I was advised to cancel with my bank or credit card company. Luckily I used my credit card so all charges were reversed. They tried to send Monterey Financial Svs against me. I complained that they can’t collect anything from me until matters were resolved between Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel. This happened in August 2023. Still no resolution with them yet. They won’t cancel and I’m not accepting that answer. So this matter is just up in the air. Like all the other victims.

Did it go on your credit report?

Promised discounted rates for hotel stays, cruises, flights, free cruise and free European vacation. After signing on to their membership, I immediately started searching up a cruise I have been watching. No deep discount for cruises or hotel stays. I was told that the rate shown included drink packages, gratuities. I searched some of the hotels for their free 4/3 night that are not free. You are required to pay more than $30 fees per night for most. Hotels were rated 1,2 out of 10 and bad reviews. Very deceptive company.

This is a horrible experience with Aloha Hawaii Tours and Travel. When we find out that the business is not offering legit services as described, we request to cancel the services the next day with phone calls, multiple emails, and online attempts. We contact our bank and they instruct us not to pay for the service. No address or contract has been provided to us so we cannot send out certified mail to cancel. The tour service then stopped communicating with us and send us to the financial service below, I contacted the following financial services yesterday, and the financial services tried to intimidate us, saying they will send us to a collection agency.

Monterey Financial Services, LLC.

Got me too and it's on my credit report. I'm disputing currently. Monterey Financial is just as corrupt. I tried emailing them about Aloha Hawaii months ago And they blocked me. Then months later had audacity to try and call to collect from me. When I called them first day regarding cancellation, they said a manager will get back to me never did. Next day I called them back again they say all sales are final, I have to speak to Aloha Hawaii about that. And if you ask Aloha Hawaii they will tell you to call Monterey Financial, the runaround so i couldn't cancel. Nightmare after nightmare, they have it all set up strategically what to say, how long they wait before they contact you. Like exactly month later to reply so you can't cancel. The whole time they just keep returning your emails with automated emails so they supposedly replied. All a scam.

Hi I recently signed up with this company and have had the same experience. Did you have any luck with the better business bureau?
[email protected]
They told me it’s irreversible and that I’d be sent to collections.
