Booked Horseback Riding Lessons via a gift card that was purchased through Venmo. Owner went back and forth for several weeks on booking a time slot, canceling on us and finally booked the lesson past the gift card expiration date. We thought nothing of it, only that she was being kind given the constant back and forth and her ultimately canceling our first session. However, when we (the customer) needed to reschedule she refused, saying we could not use our scheduled lesson anymore because we were past the gift card expiration date. We then asked for a refund if she would not provide service for a lesson that was already paid for and she refused saying she does not do reschedules or give refunds.
