Came across the advertisement while on Facebook - looked like nice clothing at very reasonable prices. Placed an order, received confirmation and was advised standard shipping 7-15 days. This was on April 3, 2023. I sent them an email on May15th advising that I tracked the order and it showed it was delivered on May 8th. Advised them I never received the order. The tracking information stated it was delivered to the mailbox, front porch, or courtyard. The carrier was not identified. Asked for the order to be reshipped. Received a reply the very next day which was: despite the tracking information indicating that it has been delivered. In such cases, we advise our customers to check with their neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package on their behalf. It is also possible that the carrier may have delivered the package to a different location, such as a front desk or mailroom. If you are unable to locate the package after checking these options, please let us know, and we will investigate the matter further with the carrier. We may also file a claim to cover the cost of your order in the event that the package is lost or stolen during delivery. After a few more emails, the agreed to reship the order. In June I again received the tracking information that once again stated it was delivered to my residence. Once again, I never received it. This time I asked them for refund. I email them at least once a month and the response I get is that there is a large number of refunds to process and to please be patient. Still waiting.........the website is no longer active either.

I paid almost 70.00 for clothing I never received them they lied stated they would resend the clothes with a signature. Still didn’t receive then when it comes to a refund it has taken them almost a month and still nothing.

I ordered clothes from a website advertised on a game called Seekers Notes. The website was alonglet. com. The confirmation I received was in Dutch or German, but I could decifer it well enough to get my order tracking information. The order tracking was through Track678, which I feel is part of the scam. The tracking information was very vague, listing things like "arrived sorting center", and "delivered to local courier company" without ever saying what city or state the package was in. Then one day it just said delivered, but I never received the package. I complained to alonglet.com, who supposedly re-shipped the package. I suffered through all the vague tracking information from track678 again just to have the same thing happen. My most recent contact was through an email from [email protected]. Now they are saying that I must have given them incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Then they go on to say they cannot issue a refund for goods that have been signed for. I haven't signed for any deliveries and they have never provided any proof of delivery or a copy of the delivery signature. I think the whole alonglet website is a scam, and track678 is part of their scam. Searching Google, I found a lot of similar complaints against these companies, so it looks like hundreds of people are getting scammed by these overseas companies. I am concerned that I provided my credit card information to these people and I hope there is no way they can access my account! I think that Seekers Notes should be held responsible also, for letting this company advertise on their website!
