I got a message on my computer with an issue. I wasn't able to proceed without calling the number for Microsoft. I called 1-888-642-0404. They said there were virus on my computer according to them. They needed to access my computer to do that. They took over my computer. They said they were going to put a refund into my bank account. I did give them my account info. I have since closed that account. The bank said there were no issues so far.
