I found an ad on IG selling miracle drain stoppers that will fit any drain. This company is supposedly in China. I did receive the products. They did not fit any drain. Requested a refund. After several attempts sending email, the last "canned response" was that they do not give refunds. Rip Off! If you check their FB site...all reviews are 1 meaning customers hate them for similar reasons.

I ordered a backpack for my husband several months ago. I was sent a confirmation email and eventually a shipping email with a tracking number. The tracking number was not recognized by Fed-ex. All attempts I made to contact the company were addressed with an automated response or a generic reply.

I ordered two cosmetic bags on 2/10/2018. I figured products were coming fromChina so I waited a couple of weeks to check tracking. Tracking numbers were bogus. Can’t reach anyone at the company. No phone numbers. Only an email and they don’t respond or respond with an automated message that tells me I can’t respond anymore. PayPal says payment was made to Storm Media Limited.
