I had contacted the company to purchase a Bengal kitten about a week ago. They advised me the kitten was available and they would ship her to me as long as I sent them the money through Zelle or wire transfer. They provided me a phone number to send the Zelle payment to, which I did. They then emailed me that they did not receive the money on their end. I contacted my bank who confirmed the funds had been sent, and the money was deducted from my bank account. I then advised the seller the funds were sent, but they continued to insist they never received the money, and asked that I send it again through a wire transfer. I told the seller that I could not afford to send additional money, and I filed a complaint claim with my bank. My bank is currently investigating it, and I have yet to receive the money back into my account. The seller stated he would not send me the kitten until they received the money, so at this time I requested the entire purchase be cancelled. I did further research, and discovered others had the same complaint with the same company, and they are known for being a fraud, and have also changed their company name a few times, as well as use other website kitten photos as their own. They are a total scam, do not try to purchase a kitten from them. I am currently waiting to hear back from my bank, and hopefully I will receive my money back without any issues. It has been a real nightmare, especially during the holidays when I really cannot afford to lose that amount of money.
