Shortly after purchasing a new PC, my mother saw a red message on her screen telling her that her computer was infected with a virus and that she can do nothing else but call Microsoft at the number in this review. The number, in fact belongs to an individual who offered to "Fix" her computer with a 5 year service contract for over $500. It is unclear what types of real tech support this company provides but the methods used to bring in customers seem shady at best. We have asked for a refund and they agreed to do so.
