Received a call from unknown number and sent to voicemail. A female using the same SOFIA TAYLOR, left a message with a case number and a return number to call. When I called and asked for the company name I was given the name ALPHA LITIGATIONS and asked to speak with her, a man (Alex Sanders) asked for the case number and then asked me to verify if *** was my SSN, to which I responded that I would not confirm that number and he became very irate and when asked for a supervisor due to his unprofessional behavior he stated that he was the manager and when asked for his supervisor, he told me to pray for one and hung up. These same people also contacted a family member and stated that they had attempted to serve me with paperwork and that nobody was home and that they were calling from ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING FOR the county I live in and provided the same female name, case number and return phone number. After explaining that my SSN is not an identifier, the man repeatedly asked for the penal code number for that law, when I stated that everything that he was saying and doing violated the FDCPA and The Protection Act of 2012 and then hung up. I conducted an internet search for the company, phone number, names given and the misspelled street address and there was zero information ANYWHERE on the internet.
