On 9/23/16, sent money gram of $500.to buy a teacup puppy. Notified the puppy would be delivered on Monday 9/26/16. About 12:54am I get another email from the shipping company, but need $1800.00 more (life insurance)to send dog.The money was to be refunded, less $18.00, upon arrival of dog. Cancelled order, then was told $1400 would be covered just send $400., cancelled again, was told to try harder to send the money or the dog was to be quarantined. Cancelled again, now no reply.
