A nurse I work with is a "certified " Bitcoin investor. She convinced me to set up an account with alpha mine investments to which I invested $1000. As the account grew I got a message that my account was topped at $10,000 and I had to invest $5000 more to keep the account open. I tried to withdraw my money and there is no way to do it. She said I have to "upgrade " to the next level (silver) in order to make any transactions which would require an additional $5000 deposit in order to withdraw my money. Her name is Janet Hamilton-Mitchell from Akron, Ohio area. There are no phone numbers, email addresses or chat lines to contact alpha mines investments. In addition, Janet does not provide a phone number, address or email and stated she only communicates with her clients via Facebook messenger.
