Talked to more than 20 operators who were clearly in a call center. Direct questions refused to be answered, then was hung up on by every operator when I asked simple questions and took them off script.

Get several phone calls a day every day from 218-277-1293 which comes up as Alpha Mortgage on caller id. When I answer the phone no one responds to hello which is repeated multiple times.
