My husband bought a quilt off the picture in their website and paid for extra shipping. When it arrives late, it was nothing like the picture. When I emailed a complaint they said the description said "printed". I advised them if they were ok selling that why the bait and switch picture? Because noone would buy their product..it's crap. They sd I can return to their hing Kong address where the product came from but I'm not spending any more money and they would find an excuse to not refund... because they said it has to be in original packaging...we took it out of the bag too look at it.
