These guys claim to build houses out of Medford and can draw up plans fairly quick. The guys have good prices for houses and I thought it was only because of the type of material used their prices are too out of the water cheap but it was cheaper than having a custom house built. Turns out they don’t have any reviews and refuse to show you past builds. They also say it would take a month to have a livable space even though they wouldn’t be done. I find it hard to believe that 1 month from the time you give money to the time you can sleep in your new home is 1 month.
