Zach Miller from alpha design crew was my team lead for this company. Zach Miller & others from the company tried to sell me on a website design & a google search registration; which I declined these services after their presentations/trial runs. I was not charged for those trials. Then, I initiated a trial SEO service, which I was verbally told over the phone would be for 18 months a trial period & would be charged $2, 616 after the 18 months if I wanted to proceed. However, on 6/15/2023 I was charged the $2,616; I did not approve this charge. On 9/2023, I was called by alpha design crew and was told that my trademark was approved & that I will be receiving a packet in the mail (which never came); they charged me $981 on 9/19; that I did not approve. These two charges were not approved & the services were not received. I have been trying to work with the company to either receive the services or get my money back. I have been told countless different stories & even had my lead Zach Miller be on a "family emergency break" which lead to Pete Wilson "taking over some parts of the project while he was gone but not the entire project". The blame was on the USPTO for not sending the packet which was the reason for the accidental $981 charge; alpha design crew claimed they contacted the USPTO for an update which could take 9+ months. Excuse that the trial period for the SEO wasn't up yet & that I would get the money sent back after the trial was done because it was a "hold charge". I have contacted my bank and disputed these two charges. With growing concerns, I contacted the USPTO directly for an update on my Application Serial No. 97918552. Today, the USPTO sent a reply email that my application is under an "administrative review for violations of the applications". They provided information to contact my bank & this complain with law enforcement if I believe I have been a victim of scammers.
