Schedule a quote for foundation replacement walls and repair for 4000 and half
Cash deposit paid by check to Gerard Mayghan on 7/13 day 1
Day 2 came to me with more extensive repairs and supplies needed done ASAP as safety issues and liability concerns for foundation demanding 5000 cash deposits total cost 13,500 payment finish repairs due. Drove me to bank and paid 5000 from savings account.
Day 3 family commitment to paying took 2 days made agreement not to inflate costs workers did not come to home
My son was watching work and no supplies or equipment there. Workers swept debris and rocks only work down obviously not concerned with safety
Day 5 workers handed cell call to me Gerard demanding wire 1000$ today for supply needed to finish project the next day breaking agreement and lies entire walls installed and bought all in one day impossible. My son cancelled the contract.The next Monday I called to ask for refund and he refused and stated spent funds on the supplies .

Next day I explained no work observed except cleaning no supplies there or equipment needed . He agreed to mail 1000 refund which never came
I looked on legal company name website and called I was told that they were scam impersonators his company and 3 reports made to him that lost a lot money to these workers and never recovered.
Paperwork hides address to file complaint and no signature on agreement or license number listed obviously scammers. He asked if I had pictures of trucks plates and I willingly will question neighbors but
Not likely to report and sue for money and damages to my property
